Website privacy

## What does this notice cover?

This notice covers information collected through fortuneai.app, including the request-a-demo form, basic website-session measurement, and messages sent to Fortune AI. Customer deployments and employment relationships may be governed by separate agreements and notices.

## Plain-language summary

We use website information to operate the site, understand which pages bring visitors to us, respond to requests, and arrange follow-up. We do not sell personal information collected through the request-a-demo form.

01 · Information collected

## What information does the website collect?

### Demo requests

- Name, company, industry, and country
- Work email and phone number
- The operating problem you describe
- Submission source, language, page, and time

### Website sessions

- Landing page and referring domain
- Country code supplied by the network edge
- Language and general device type
- A random session identifier stored for the browser session

### Communications

- Messages and scheduling details you choose to provide
- Replies and follow-up needed to address the request
- Delivery status for website notification and confirmation emails

Do not submit passwords, access credentials, raw camera footage, sensitive personal information, or confidential records through the public demo form.

02 · Use and retention

## How is website information used?

- To deliver the website and protect the request form from misuse.
- To notify the Fortune AI team about a demo request and send the requester a confirmation or scheduling link.
- To understand which landing pages, referrals, languages, and device categories bring visitors to the site.
- To maintain business records, troubleshoot delivery, and comply with applicable obligations.

Information is retained only for as long as it remains reasonably necessary for these purposes, business-record needs, dispute resolution, or applicable legal requirements. Retention for a customer deployment is defined separately during contracting and deployment planning.

03 · Service providers

## Who processes website information?

Fortune AI uses service providers to host the website, store request records, and deliver email. The current website is served through Cloudflare infrastructure; confirmation email may be delivered through Resend. If you choose a Calendly scheduling link, Calendly processes the booking details under its own privacy terms. Providers process information for the services they supply and may operate in countries other than yours.

External websites linked from fortuneai.app publish their own privacy notices. Fortune AI does not control those sites.

04 · Your choices

## How can I make a privacy request?

Email [business@fortuneai.app](mailto:business@fortuneai.app) to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through the website. Include enough detail to locate the request, but do not email passwords or camera credentials. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required for security, legal, or recordkeeping reasons.
