Keep operating review within its approved scope
Property leadership should approve every camera view, zone, operating measure, access role, retention period, and review purpose. Keep aggregate operations analysis separate from regulated surveillance, gaming controls, patron disputes, security investigations, and any identity-based system. Applicable rules vary by jurisdiction; the property remains responsible for its regulatory and internal-control obligations.
Document who can request a result, who can open footage, what is retained, how uncertainty is reported, and when an event moves to a qualified security or compliance review.
04 · Pilot one operating decision
Test one floor-service decision
Choose one approved zone and one decision: table availability, guest-service queueing, route congestion, or floor-response coverage. Validate the event definition on representative footage, compare matched operating periods, and report missing views or unresolved events.
